Where we ship
We ship orders from Italy via BRT (Bartolini) within Italy and across the DPD/Geopost network in Europe. Coverage includes major EU countries (e.g., Germany, France, Spain, Poland, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Czech Republic, etc.). Pick‑up‑point delivery (“DPD Pickup / BRT Fermopoint”, a.k.a. 2Shop) is available in many locations.
Delivery times

Italy: typically 1–2 business days.

Europe: transit time varies by destination and will be shown at checkout. You’ll receive tracking and delivery notifications by email/SMS, and you can modify delivery options or redirect to a pickup shop where available.
Shipping options & tracking
We offer home delivery and pickup‑point/locker delivery (where available). Every parcel is tracked; BRT/DPD includes recipient notifications, option changes, and redirection to a pickup shop as part of the standard service.
Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight/size. Typical starting rates from our carrier tariffs: Italy from €3.40 (Parcel Shop) / €4.80 (Home); Europe from €9.05 for small parcels (Group A, ≤1 kg). Actual charges may vary by country, service and weight.
Parcel limits (BRT network)

Max weight per parcel: 31.5 kg (Europe); 20 kg for 2Shop pickup deliveries.

Max dimensions (Europe): length up to 175 cm, and combined girth limits apply; multicollo shipments accepted up to 5 parcels per order.

Volumetric thresholds apply; large/oversized or overweight parcels may attract supplements per the carrier’s schedule.
Address & contact details (required)
For successful delivery to private customers, a valid recipient phone number and/or email is required by the carrier. Missing details may delay delivery.
Islands, remote areas & possible supplements
Deliveries to certain islands/remote areas or restricted‑traffic zones may incur carrier surcharges (e.g., European islands, ZTL access, oversize/overweight handling). Any applicable supplements are included in the total you see at checkout.
Pickup & special services (on demand)
On request, we can arrange a courier pickup for returns; this is an on‑demand carrier service (a pickup request is priced by BRT per parcel) and will be quoted before confirmation. Optional shipment insurance (AC Plus) is available on request.
Customs & non‑EU shipments
If we ship outside the EU (e.g., UK/Norway/Switzerland where available), the shipment may be sent DAP (Delivered At Place) and local duties/taxes will be payable by the customer. Please contact us before ordering for a quote.
Order processing & responsibility
Most orders ship within 1–2 working days after payment verification. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when we hand over goods to the carrier (see our Terms of Service). For returns, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy (14 days).
