Return window
You may request a return within 14 days from the delivery date.
Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging. Please include your order number or proof of purchase in the parcel.
Items returned without prior authorization may be refused.
How to start a return
Email info@swjofficial.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
If your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid BRT / DPD return label with step‑by‑step instructions. You can drop off the parcel at a BRT Fermopoint / DPD Pickup Shop or arrange a courier pickup where available (pickup may have an extra service fee charged by the carrier).
Return shipping cost (paid by the customer)
Return shipping is borne by the customer.
If you use our label, the actual courier cost will be deducted from your refund (typical starting rates for our BRT tariffs: Italy from €3.40 (Parcel Shop) / €4.80 (Home); EU from €9.05 for small parcels; the final amount depends on weight and destination).
If you prefer to use your own courier, please prepay postage and share the tracking number (no COD returns).
Exchanges
For the fastest exchange, please place a new order for the desired item and return the original for a refund once approved.
Damages & issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate and make it right.
Non‑returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of: underwear, bodysuits, swimwear, socks, face masks, and any customized/personalized items.
Gift cards are non‑refundable.
(Note: Discounted items purchased online remain eligible for the 14‑day return unless specifically marked Final Sale as permitted by law.)
EU right of withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. This statutory right co‑exists with our store policy (above).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you the outcome. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days (your bank/card provider may need additional time to post it).
If you have not received your refund 15 business days after our approval email, please contact info@swjofficial.com.
